4. Credits and Payments

Access to FemmeAI is based on a credit system. You can purchase credit packs via Stripe. Each message you send consumes credits. The current pricing and credit usage rules are shown on the Pricing page and may change from time to time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers. You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account or device.

5. No Professional Advice

FemmeAI is an AI system and does not provide professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. You should not rely on any responses as a substitute for professional care or consultation.

6. Content and Safety

Conversation content is generated by an AI model and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete. We may apply safety filters and other technical measures to keep content within our acceptable use policies and applicable platform rules.

You must not use the service to share or request illegal content, explicit sexual content involving minors, or any other content prohibited by law or by these Terms.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue FemmeAI at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FemmeAI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
